How We Protect You
Six Pillars of Protection
Identity Verification
All users can apply for identity verification. Creators, brands, and studios submit a government-issued ID alongside a real-time selfie for manual review. A verified badge confirms authenticity, so you always know who you are working with.
Content Moderation
Every photo and video is reviewed before it goes public. AI-powered screening catches inappropriate or non-compliant content automatically, and our moderation team handles edge cases with care and discretion.
Structured Orders
Orders are agreed and tracked through the platform — deliverables, usage rights, and terms are recorded for both parties, so expectations are clear and there are no grey areas on every job.
Report & Block
Instantly report suspicious behavior or block users who make you uncomfortable. Our safety team reviews every report within 24 hours, and repeat offenders are permanently removed from the platform.
Privacy Controls
Control who sees your location, contact information, and availability. Your personal data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You decide what the world sees.
Direct Payments
Payments between brands and creators are settled directly — collabz.ph does not process or hold funds between users. Platform subscription payments are processed securely through PayMongo (GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
For Creators
Stay Safe, Stay in Control
Your image, your content, your boundaries — they all deserve respect. Here is how to protect yourself on and off the platform.
Protect your personal contact information. Never share your home address, even for product shipments — use a P.O. box or arrange delivery through the platform.
Keep communication and payment discussions on-platform. Moving conversations to private channels removes your protections and makes disputes harder to resolve.
Trust your instincts. If an order feels off, it probably is. You are never obligated to accept an order.
Watch for off-platform payment scams. Requests to pay outside the platform, upfront 'fees', or pressure to share personal contact info are red flags.
Your photos, your rules. All EXIF data is stripped on upload, and every image passes through content moderation before going live.
For Brands
Professional Standards, Enforced
We hold brands to the highest standard. Verification is mandatory, conduct is monitored, and the platform actively protects creators from bad actors.
Verification Requirements
Brands must submit valid SEC/DTI registration, a business address, and designate at least one verified representative. Unverified brands cannot post campaigns or place orders.
Professional Conduct
All communication must happen on-platform. Harassment, coercion, or any form of pressure toward creators results in immediate suspension. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy.
Anti-Fraud Protection
Our verification pipeline cross-references submitted documents against known fraud databases. Fake profiles, duplicate accounts, and impersonation attempts are flagged and removed before they reach creators.
