Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using collabz.ph (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). The Platform is operated by collabz.ph (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an influencer marketplace headquartered in the Philippines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 who wish to participate must have a parent or legal guardian register and manage the account on their behalf.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

3. Account Types and Roles

The Platform supports two user roles:

• Creator — Content creators who create profiles, list packages, apply to campaigns, and accept orders from brands.
• Brand — Businesses that browse creators, buy content packages, and post campaigns.

Each account may only hold one role. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent Platform restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Use stolen photographs or impersonate another person.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users in any form.
• Solicit users to transact outside the Platform to circumvent fees or protections.
• Post fraudulent campaigns, fake orders, or deceptive listings.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
• Use the Platform for escort services, adult entertainment, or any illegal activity.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including portfolio photos, videos, bios, and messages (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant collabz.ph a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform and in marketing materials related to the Platform.

All uploaded photos are processed through automated content moderation (Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch). Content flagged as potentially inappropriate is held for manual review by our moderation team. EXIF metadata is automatically stripped from all uploaded images to protect your privacy.

Text content in posts, comments, and bios is filtered through a profanity detection system. Profane words are automatically masked with asterisks. The content is still published — it is not blocked or rejected.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

During beta, the Platform is free to use and no charges apply. In the future, the Platform will offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions will unlock additional features such as expanded messaging, identity visibility, campaign posting, and larger portfolio limits. Pricing will vary by role and billing period (monthly or yearly), and will be announced before any charges begin.

• Payments will be processed through PayMongo and PayPal. Accepted methods will include GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
• Subscriptions will not auto-renew. When a subscription expires, the account reverts to the free tier.
• Yearly billing will provide two months free (12 months for the price of 10).
• An alternative payment option via a credit system will be available. Users will submit proof of payment (e.g., GCash receipt or bank transfer screenshot), which is manually reviewed and approved by an administrator within 24 hours.

7. Orders and Campaigns

Brands may order content packages from creators through the Platform. All orders include details such as the package, deliverables, price, and usage rights. Both parties must agree to these terms before a order is confirmed.

Campaigns are posted by brands and may be open to all creators or restricted to verified creators. Creators apply to campaigns through the Platform. Selection and rejection decisions are at the sole discretion of the campaign party.

Either party may cancel a order or campaign with a stated reason. Cancellation counts are publicly visible on user profiles.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

Users may apply for a verified badge by submitting a government-issued ID and a real-time selfie. Verification is reviewed manually within 24 to 48 hours. A verified badge indicates that the user's identity has been confirmed by collabz.ph but does not constitute an endorsement of their professional abilities or character. We reserve the right to revoke verification at any time.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, branding, logos, and original content are the intellectual property of collabz.ph and are protected under Philippine intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform materials without our written consent.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of user-generated content, or the outcome of any order or campaign.

collabz.ph acts as a marketplace connecting creators and influencers with brands and opportunities. We are not an employer, talent agency, or staffing service. We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, collabz.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or damages resulting from interactions with other users.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile, portfolio, and personal data are permanently removed. Display names in existing reviews and messages are preserved as snapshots.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
